It's Max Headroom all over again. What a wonderful lack of progress in more than 20 years.
Good shout Mark- that's exactly how it feels.
Orange has a go with an avatar called Ananova a few years ago too - but what i don't understand is why we feel the need to attempt to ape human behaviour so exactly.
Either use a human - as per Ian Reeves vlogs - or go in completely the other directions and adopt the Kelvin McKenzie news bunny approach.
I think McKenzie had it about right myself...
